Cocktails Gin and Vodka

Shaken or stirred, that is the question.

Either, in the end produces to same results. Stirring will take up to two minutes where shaking under half of the time.

Stirring and shaking achieve the same results of mixing, cooling and diluting. You could stir forever, but it still wouldn’t mix as good as shaking in a cocktail shaker for 20 seconds.

Shaking violently with ice, aerates with tiny bubble giving your cocktail a cloudy look. Stirring will leave your drink crystal clear.

Another rule is that mixed clear liquids and ingredients should be stirred, where cloudy ingredients including with creams, milks and eggs etc should be shaken. You pays your monies and takes your choice, but it all depends on you preferences, if it tastes good, it’s right.
