Moonshine Distillers a small independent British distillery that can be found at Denbury Farm, in a glorious secluded wooded valley in the heart of Somerset’s beautiful countryside. Here at our distillery we explore the entire process from planting and harvesting to distilling our unique premium flavoursome hand crafted Gins, Rums and vodkas.
Unlike most distillers, Moonshine Distillers produce our artisan spirits with home grown grains and potatoes that are blended and five times distilled, hand crafted sympathetically to process and to enhance our Gins, Rums and Vodkas. Producing our spirits with home grown grains and potatoes that are blended in a sympathetic process to enhance with the carefully selected botanicals, natural flavours and Denbury Farm spring water, making it appealing to all our customers and preferences
Moonshine Distillery boasts two different types of stills. A handcrafted beaten copper Pot Still and a large Column Still we named Voyager to take us on our journey to make premium flavoured mouthwatering unique Gins, Rums and Vodkas.

Moonshine Distillers welcome visitors to our distillery, and to sample our premium spirits, and even purchase at discounted prices.
Moonshine Distillers are fortunate to be located at Denbury Farm, in a beautiful secluded valley, fully surrounded by ancient woodlands that is home to an amazing variety of wildlife, that our distillery visitors can explore.
Denbury Farm is also a coarse fishing holiday venue with three cottages that can be hired for fishing and wildlife holidays.
